 Article 2 - The Order

 

 The information given by the buyer when ordering is binding.  In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.  All our offers are made without obligation and except sale within the limits of available stocks.  Each buyer's order will be the subject of a confirmation email from the seller.  In any case your order alone without confirmation from PicOnMap guarantees obtaining the products.

 The price is expressed in euros, including VAT.  The price indicated in confirmation of the order by PicOnMap is the final price.

 In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact PicOnMap to obtain an amicable solution.  Otherwise, the Paris Commercial Court will have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the method of payment accepted.

 By purchasing on piconmap.fr, the Buyer declares to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these General Conditions of Sale, prior to his Order.  PicOnMap can in no way be required to verify the legal capacity of visitors to its site and Buyers.  Consequently, if a person without legal capacity orders articles on the PicOnMap Website, full responsibility for this Order will be assumed by their legal representatives (parents, guardians) and should honor the price thereof.
